Birthday Banners

I had a lot of fun making this card and I know it's going to a good home! I'm also entering this card into the new challenge from Lawnscaping - Lawnscaping's new challenge #84. The challenge is to use stars and/or stripes on a card. I've gone with some stripes on mine.

Materials:
Cardstock: Strawberry Slush, Smoky Slate by Stampin' Up, Hello Sunshine paper pack by Lawn Fawn.
Ink: Versamark.
Stamps: Birthday Tags by Lawn Fawn.
Tools and Accessories: Let's Polka mixed sequins, Hello Sunshine mixed sequins, Peace Joy Love mixed sequins, Hello Sunshine Flair, all by Lawn Fawn, baker's twine, banner flag punch, dimensional adhesive, white embossing powder, heat tool, clear Wink of Stella brush marker, matte multi-medium.
